- Wrote 104 grant requests resulting in 60 awards
- Awarded grant requests of over $1.5 million for crucial infrastructure projects at five parks
- Negotiated $3 million of land grants/donations
Preserving Bath’s unique rural-residential character
- Implemented Bath’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan for a strategic approach to zoning
- Supported zoning initiatives preserving Bath’s rural-residential character
- Successfully expanded green space from 40 acres to over 500 acres by negotiating and finalizing the acquisition of North Fork Preserve of Bath, Bath Nature Preserve, Bath Baseball Park, Bath Hill Park, and Heritage Corridors of Bath Wayside Exhibit
- Authored the Scenic Byway Management Plan to enhance Bath’s historic value and scenic beauty
- Originated the Heritage Corridors of Bath, an Ohio Scenic Byway, on 39 miles of county roads
